Important Dates

The following dates apply to the settlement. Please review the deadlines carefully — missing a deadline may affect your rights. This page will be updated if any dates change.

Deadlines are strictly enforced. If you wish to opt out of or object to the California Class settlement, your request must be postmarked or received by the applicable deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.

California Class

Class 1 — California State Law

Notice Mailing Date	June 12, 2026	Date by which notice will be mailed to class members.
Opt-Out DeadlineDeadline	August 11, 2026	Last day for California Class members to exclude themselves from the settlement. Requests must be postmarked by this date.
Objection DeadlineDeadline	August 11, 2026	Last day for California Class members to file written objections to the settlement with the Court.
Final Approval Hearing	September 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.	Court hearing at which the Judge will consider whether to grant final approval of the settlement.
Estimated Payment Distribution	TBD	Estimated date by which settlement payments will be distributed to California Class members, following final approval and resolution of any appeals.

California Class Members

Non-California Collective

Class 2 — Federal FLSA

Objection DeadlineDeadline	August 11, 2026	Last day for Non-California Collective members to file written objections to the settlement with the Court.
Final Approval Hearing	September 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.	Court hearing at which the Judge will consider whether to grant final approval of the settlement.
Estimated Check Mailing Date	TBD	Estimated date by which settlement checks will be mailed to Non-California Collective members, following final approval and resolution of any appeals.
Check Endorsement DeadlineTo Participate	180 days from receipt	You must endorse (sign the back of) and deposit your settlement check within 180 days of receipt. Endorsing and depositing the check constitutes your opt-in to the FLSA collective action.
